32-page illustrated booklet (pp.22-23 missing) published circa 1916 by real estate company Martin & Cole, 118 Madison Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee, titled Farming in the Great Memphis District, extolling the benefits of buying land in the district. The territory was defined as extending 300 miles in every direction from Memphis, including West Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, eastern half of Arkansas, Northern Louisiana, Southwestern Kentucky and Southeastern Missouri.
