Description
Thomas Moore, from Detroit, marches outside City Hall in the snow on March 22, 1968, with a sign saying "Do right Mr.? Mayor! R.T.D" during the Memphis sanitation workers' strike. Mayor Henry Loeb later went out to give Moore coffee.
