Description
Around 200 student supporters of the striking sanitation workers gathered at City Hall, Memphis, Tennessee, to "bury justice" as symbolized by the casket in the photograph, March 6, 1968. The group had marched to City Hall from Clayborn Temple led by Rev. Harold Middlebrook of Greater Middle Baptist Church. Photographer: Jim Shearin.
