First round program of the 23rd National Invitation Tournament of the Metropolitan Intercollegiate Basketball Association held at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 10, 1960. Memphis State University was one of 12 teams competing in the tournament. Providence College beat Memphis State 71-70 in the first round game.
