Description
All-American Ronnie Robinson played for Memphis State University from 1971 to 1973. Affectionately nicknamed "The Big Cat" for his leaping ability, Robinson is one of eight University of Memphis Tigers basketball players to have his jersey number retired by the school. After MSU, Robinson was drafted by both the Utah Stars (ABA) and Phoenix Suns (NBA), but chose to play with the Suns.
