Description
Memphis State University Dean of Women Flora Rawls and Executive Dean R.M. Robison at Rawls' retirement dinner on May 1, 1970. Flora Hayes Rawls (1899-1988) began working at the West Tennessee State Teachers College Training School in 1931, becoming principal before taking the position of Dean of Women in 1947.
