NEWBURYPORT, JAN. 21. The weather has been excessively cold since Friday; the mercury in the thermometer sinking as low as 12 degrees below 0. On Saturday night came on a snow storm, which increased with violence till this paper went to press last night.-We fear shipping on the coast have suffered much, from the intenseness of the cold and thickness of the weather.
