This is a 1964 edition of a Peace Corps produced fact book meant to inform prospective volunteers about the program. According to the table of contents, the following topics are covered in the fact book: the Peace Corps profile, what is expected of the volunteer, application and selection, training, the volunteer overseas, term of services, allotments and allowances, the draft, marriage and pregnancy, student loans, family emergencies, after the Peace Corps. It includes a list and map of Peace Corps service areas.
