Description

Memphis Board of Education building at 317 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee, in December 1961. It was built as Memphis High School in 1898 and later was known as Poplar Avenue High School and Crockett Technical High School before the Board of Education took it over in 1928. The building was demolished in 1965.
