Description
Correspondence to Chaplain Joseph Warren, General Superintendent of Colored Schools, Departments of Mississippi and Arkansas, from L. H. Cobb, Superintendent of Colored Schools, Memphis, TN, 1865 February 25. "Chaplain respectfully submit the following report of the Colored Schools in this city for the current month." This report details finances, efficiency of teachers, missionaries, changes, explanations, wants, suggestions, statistics, and a list of teachers.
