Description
Program of the Competitive Drill of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps of four public high schools in Memphis, Tennessee, held at the Fair Grounds on May 9, 1930. The schools included Central High School, Memphis Technical High School, South Side High School and L.C. Humes High School.
