Description
Watercolor painting of the Memphis State University campus by art professor Peter Thomas around 1967. The proposed Brister Library tower is included in the aerial view looking northwest from south of Southern Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee. The painting was used on the front cover of the Southern Bell Telephone Directory for Memphis, July 1967, as well as university publications.
