Description
An autographed placard advertising a visit by sex therapist and media personality Dr. Ruth Westheimer to Memphis State University, Memphis, Tennessee, on September 28, 1993.
Presented by the MSU Student Activities Council Speaker Committee and sponsored by the Jewish Student Union and Memphis Jewish Community Center, the lecture was held in the University Center ballroom. According to "The Daily Helmsman" report the following day, Dr. Ruth talked about sexual literacy and the politics of sex.
