Sketch of Andrew A. Kincannon, president of West Tennessee State Normal School, Memphis, Tennessee, from 1918 to 1924. The artist was Ron Smith and the charcoal drawing was one of seven presidential sketches published in the 1962 DeSoto yearbook.
