Description
Sketch of Richard C. Jones, president of West Tennessee State Teachers College, Memphis, Tennessee, from 1939 to 1943. The college's name was changed to Memphis State College in 1941. The artist was Ron Smith and the charcoal drawing was one of seven presidential sketches published in the 1962 DeSoto yearbook.
